Who We Are
We are a province wide network of Retired Police Officers
and Fire Fighters (retired & some not yet retired) providing property checks and other property services for home and cottage owners, including snowbird residents and senior citizens. Cottage Coppers "Inspectors" are located in cities, towns, villages and cottage communities across Ontario.
When you are away, you can be sure that your home and cottage are being professionally checked and maintained. Our province wide network means there will always be an Inspector available to look after your needs, even if your Inspector is away or busy. We are able to look after many of your needs and we can also provide you with a list of trusted trades people and other services who can look after more specialized jobs that you need to have done around your home or cottage. This can relieve you of the hassles often associated with trying to find dependable services on your own.
You'll find that our Inspectors rates are very reasonable and are determined at an hourly rate of $49.95 per hour plus reasonable expenses. If services required do not take a full hour, then 1/2 hour rates may be applied. Seasonal rates for property checks are very affordable and can even be lower if you have neighbors who are also interested in having us check their properties. Please keep in mind, you and your neighbors might also be able to receive discounts on your insurance rates as a result of Ontario Cottage Coppers property checks.
