Cottage Owners and Snow Bird residences - if you rent your property:
1) We can do inspections of your property before your tenants arrive and take photos of the pre-rental conditions.
2) We can then meet your tenants to turn keys over to them and give instructions, if needed.
3) We can be available to handle any problems your tenants may have during their stay.
4) We can perform a final inspection upon the tenants departure and take photos of post-rental conditions.
5) Cleaning services can also be provided, if requested.
